Write a new email from the Inbox

You can now email anyone straight from LinkiFunnels, without a campaign. Choose New email in the Inbox, or Email on a contact’s page, add people in To, Cc and Bcc, and write with the same editor, files and booking link as campaign emails. With one person in To, their name and a booking link tagged to them are filled in for you. Every new email starts its own Inbox conversation, so replies come back next to their journey, and opens and clicks show under the message. Emails you don’t send are saved under Drafts, and Send later schedules new emails and replies in your own time zone. If something stops a scheduled email, such as a recipient who unsubscribed, it waits under Scheduled for you instead of going out. Replies can now go to anyone too, with Reply all, Cc and Bcc.

Import contacts and tag them

You can now import the people you already know from a CSV file, including a LinkedIn connections export, and tag contacts with your own labels like investor or warm. Tag a whole import at once, filter Contacts by tag, and pick recipients for a campaign from a searchable list in Add recipients, with tag filters and select all. Contact tags live on their own page under Contacts, separate from post and link tags. To keep delivery healthy for everyone, people you add by hand join sequences at 50 per workspace per day; the rest are queued and start automatically. People your links capture never wait.

Follow-ups in the same thread

Campaign follow-ups can now arrive as replies to the email before them, so a sequence reads as one ongoing conversation in your contact’s inbox instead of a stack of separate campaign emails. Switch on Send as a reply to this email under Send after, or choose Add reply in this thread from an email’s options menu. Replies keep the original subject, and if an earlier email never reached someone, the follow-up goes out as a new email so nothing gets stuck. Emails also need a body before they can be activated now.

Inbox for replies

Replies to your campaign emails now have a home, even if you don’t have Google Workspace or any work inbox. Add one DNS record and your sender address becomes a real inbox: replies land on the new Inbox page, next to the email they answered, the campaign, and the person’s whole journey from the post they clicked. Answer from the same address, drop in your booking link in one click, and mark conversations done. A reply pauses that person’s sequence so they never get a follow-up after answering, and out-of-office messages are recognized and left alone. The choice is optional during email setup and can be changed any time under Settings, Email, Replies.

Guides for sales, off-site buttons, and AI builders

The Advanced tracking cards on Connect your site now each copy their own guide and link to a docs page. Track sales copies a sales-only guide that covers payments confirmed by a Stripe, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy webhook, where the click id has to travel through the checkout because the webhook carries no cookie. Off-site CTAs copies the redirect pattern for WhatsApp, Calendly, and external checkout buttons, with the rule that the redirect must live on your own domain. The AI builder instructions now know about the browser snippet, so an agent skips the cookie step when the snippet is installed and avoids recording the same signup twice, and they name Supabase Edge Functions next to Cloudflare, Netlify, and Vercel. Copying more than one guide on a visit reuses one token instead of minting a new one per click.

Contacts

Every person your workspace knows now has a page. Contacts lists everyone who filled a form, booked a call, received a campaign email, or was reported by your backend, matched into one record per email address. Search by name or email, narrow by campaign, activity, calls, sequence or unsubscribes, and export whatever the list is showing. Open one person to see the campaigns they touched, the calls they booked, and everything they ever did, then add them to a campaign, unsubscribe them, or edit them from the same page. Campaign recipients now link straight through to the person.

Revenue attributed to customers

Campaign and post performance now end with a Revenue stage showing the sales behind the total and the customer on each one. Record a sale by hand from any campaign, post, or link, or straight from a lead’s row. Customers added by hand and customers reported by the API are matched into one record. Workspaces that do not book calls or track revenue can hide those stages from the funnel’s menu.

Copying a post to LinkedIn keeps line breaks and lists

Posts with bullet lists and blank lines pasted into LinkedIn with the spacing collapsed. Copy for LinkedIn now preserves the formatting you see in the editor.

The onboarding tour is now five short videos

New workspaces start with a welcome page and five videos: the campaign overview, where your content lives, tracked links, follow-up emails, and booked calls. Skip at any point to go straight to the dashboard.

The campaign Emails tab is a sequence

Emails in a campaign now read top to bottom as the sequence a lead goes through, with the wait before each step editable in place. Recipients moved to their own tab. Emails can be drafted before the sending domain is verified; only publishing waits for it.

Automated traffic is filtered from click counts

LinkedIn link previews, known crawlers, and email security scanners no longer count as clicks. Each click is classified once when it is recorded, and every metric reads the same classification. Existing counts were recalculated, so numbers on older links may have gone down.

Booked calls are attributed to the link and post that drove them

A booking made after clicking a tracked link is credited to that link, its post, and its campaign. Campaign and post performance now show calls booked as the third stage of the funnel.

Campaign emails send from a dedicated subdomain of your brand

Email setup now asks for your root domain and sends from send.yourdomain.com while the From address stays on your domain. The DNS records step lists exactly what to add, with a downloadable zone file.

Lead capture from multi-step flows

The browser snippet now records a lead when a visitor types an email and finishes a flow with a button, not only on a classic form submit. Sensitive fields are never read, and each click produces at most one lead.
