Record a sale by hand
Attribute revenue to a customer from a campaign, post, or link page when the sale happened somewhere your site and backend cannot report it.
Not every sale goes through a checkout you control. A deal closed on a call, an invoice paid by bank transfer, or a purchase on a platform without webhooks can still be credited to the LinkedIn post that started it. Record it by hand and it shows up as revenue on the link, post, and campaign like any API sale.

Open the performance view
Go to the campaign’s Performance tab, a post’s performance page, or a link page, and select the Revenue stage. A Record sale button appears above the recent sales.

Pick the customer
Start typing a name or email. Matching customers appear after a moment; choose one, or keep typing a full email address to add a new person. Add their name if you have it.

Enter the amount
Type the amount in USD, with up to two decimals. Add a label such as the product or plan if you want it in the feed. Choose Record sale.
From a lead
Section titled “From a lead”When the buyer is already a lead, skip the search. Select the Leads stage and choose the dollar icon on their row. The form opens with that customer filled in, so all that is left is the amount.
What the sale is attributed to
Section titled “What the sale is attributed to”The sale is credited to whatever you recorded it from. From a link, it counts toward that link, its post, and the campaign. From a post or campaign, it counts toward that post or campaign directly, even if they have no tracked links yet.
